Ready-to-cook spice mix. Just add boiled dal.
INGREDIENTS:
Onions, Tomatoes, Refined Oil, Corainder Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Funnet Seeds, Chilles, Turmeric, Cardomom, Star-Onise, Nutmeg, Bay Leaves, Mustard, Fenugreek Seeds, Mace, Salt, Garlic, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Asafostida. 100% Natural, contains No Preservatives.

Dhansak Dal
Method:

 

  1. Wash & Seek 200g of Toor Dal for 30m and Drain. Add Water and cook in pressure cooker.
  2. Empty the cooked dal in a vessel and add the entire packet of Aatash Dhansak Masala. Mix well and bring to boil. Lower the flame & Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with coriander.
  4. Serve hot with jeera rice, roti, naan or pulav.
