Chinese food, particularly Schezwan Sauce, has gained tremendous popularity in India. Aatash Foods’ Hot & Spicy Schezwan Sauce can be used in preparing Schezwan Fried Rice & Schezwan Hakka Noodles. The recipe given on this pack is based on ingredients easily available and are sure to delight many a housewife.
INGREDIENTS:
Tomatoes (20%), Garlic (14%), Chillies (12%), Oil (10%), Water, Sugar, Soy sauce, Salt, Herbs & Spices, Emulsifying Agent (E-415), Acidifying Agent (E-260), Preservative (E-211).
Available in 400 gms and 1 kg.
Description
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- One Onion cut into 4 vertically & separate the leaves.
- Two baby corns cut into small round pieces.
- One carrot cut into thin flat slices.
- French Beans ½ cup cut into small pieces.
- Bamboo shoot cut into small pieces.
- Spring Onion Greens chopped into small pieces.
- Oil 2-3 tbsp.
METHOD
Take oil in a pan & heat it. Add all the above mentioned ingredients and stir fry it for about 2 minutes. Lower the flame & add Aatash Schezwan Sauce. Mix it properly. Now add 100gms of boiled noodles or rice & mix it. Serve hot.
